Bio
27 year old Me, born on April 21st of 1979, am the drummer of the Used. I grew up in Utah in a Mormon home. My parents divorced, and my mother remarried. Unfortunately, my father had killed himself which left me upset. I took up drums as a way to cope. As for sports, I took up skateboarding at age 11. Later on, I got my first job at Wendy's. And lastly, I got a job unpacking boxes at Burlington Coat Factory which I hated. I decided being in a band would be a better job.
My influences come from bands as Rancid, Snot, and Social Distortion. My first band was called Strange Itch, which lasted five yers, but all the original members had left the band. I later started a band with my roommates, Jepha and Quinn. We finally found Bert as the singer and got signed.
Even being a rockstar, I've never done a drink, drug or cigarrette in my entire life. I am the cleanest member in the band. Of course, it has been hard for me to be on the same bus as lead singer, Bert McCracken, who smokes and drinks a lot. We've got two seperate tour buses, now I'm on the non-smoking bus with my roommate, Jepha Howard.
As for home life, I live in a custom-built house with my girlfriend and two dogs, Radio and Hope. I loves to spend time with my girlfriend, friends and family. I'm now an influence for many up and coming bands in the future.
